We aim to process and get our orders out within 3 - 7 working days.
Please be aware that upon busy times of the year order processing times may vary but we will do our best to kept you informed on the cutting times.
We have the right to remove, change or price alter any item from the website. If you happen to purchase a item that has been temporarily removed or discontinued before we have updated the website a full refund will be given.
Personalised items are non returnable unless a mistake on our behalf has been made, so upon placing your order please make sure spellings and sizes etc are correct to what you require.
If you receive any non personalised item you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days starting the day after you receive your item/s, if you decide to cancel and require a refund this will be issued once we receive the item/s back in their original condition and will include any postage paid by you, we will not be held responsible for the postage cost on returning items, unless it is an error on our behalf in which case a replacement can be sent at no cost to you, please contact us first to arrange a return or discuss any issue including anything missing from your order, item/s damaged in transit and we will do our very best to resolve this for you.
We may ask for a photograph if you receive damaged or incorrect item/s as this will help us get to the bottom of the issue quicker.
If you do receive incorrect item/s or there is something missing please inform us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please allow 12 working days from when your parcel was dispatched to request a refund or replacement on a missing parcel.
Please note we use a mix of computer generated product images as well as images of items we have cut.
